Bar Supervisor

The Role

The successful candidate will be required to ensure that every aspect of the bar operation continues to be at the high standards, and where possible to look at opportunities to exceed them even further. Cocktail experience would be a benefit but training will be given – the company works in conjunction with a very well known artisan brewer for all ale and cocktail training. You will be expected to be prominent in promotions, liaising with your team to ensure quality of both product and service. You will have excellent knowledge of all health & safety legislation as well as man management skills.

The Person

  • A positive attitude with enthusiasm for the role and working environment
  • Excellent managerial skills and the ability to lead, motivate, and communicate with staff members
  • Excellent organisational skills
  • To be able to fix cellar issues
  • Strong customer service skills with communication at the highest level.
