Opening times:

We will be using a phased reopening model this winter. This means the bar and kitchen will be opening at various times throughout the week. From Friday 12 November our opening times are as follows

Saturday 12:00pm – 11:00pm / Kitchen 5.30pm – 9:00pm
Sunday 12:00pm – 9:00pm / Kitchen 5.30pm – 9:00pm

Will the bar be open?

The bar will be open an hour before and during events, shows and films for visitors. This is in order to keep the number of the people in the building to a minimum. We want Square Chapel to be a safe and welcoming space for our visitors to return to and to ensure this we are taking small steps to safely get all facilities back open for you to enjoy. The last thing that we want to do is to have to close our doors again due to a COVID outbreak.

Will the cafe be open?

As part of our phased reopening, our café will not open for the time being. This is in order to keep the number of the people in the building to a minimum. The café will be open in phase two of our plans and will open from mid to late October.

How we Are Keeping you safe: 

Square Chapel will reopen in phases from Friday 3rd September for our first event of the season. This will be the start of our phased reopening which we hope will help support our future in keeping our venue open and our customers and teams safe.

Do I need an NHS COVID Pass to visit?

No, however we do encourage everyone to complete a lateral flow test before attending an event or visiting our café and bar. Our team members are all required to complete a lateral flow test before coming to work.

Our main priority is to keep your venue open. And so, we’ll be wearing face coverings, cleaning down all surfaces in between events and providing hand sanitiser stations throughout the building.
